  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deltek wInsight Integration

This topic covers the integration between Acumen and wInsight.

Export Metrics to wInsight

You can export DCDE metric results for analysis in wInsight in two ways:

  • Export to a DCDE file: You can use the Publish > Deltek wInsight Analytics menu option on the S2 // Diagnostics tab to export DCMA metric results to wInsight Analytics. The file saves as a Deltek Cost Data Exchange File (.dcde). You can use this data in wInsight to display a dashboard with drilldown capability from control account to work package to activity.
  • Export the results to a database: You can use the Publish > Metrics to a Deltek Data Source option on the S2 // Diagnostics tab to export the DCDE metric results to a data source that you specify. This is useful if users want to work with the data in other applications. You do not need to own or use wInsight to publish the results in this manner.

    In order to use this feature, you first need to specify a data source in the Metric results to a Deltek data source field on the Platforms (Deltek) tab of the Acumen Options dialog box.
